C.C.P.D Massacre

The C.C.P.D Massacre was the second attack in Cocoa City. It occurred at the four divisions of the Cocoa City Police Department. The attacks was plotted by Joan Redshaw, who sent a group of paramilitary soldiers to commit genocide to all Police Officers in the city. The attacks killed nearly all 100,000 Police officers, including Lisa Tomlinson. Rachel and Captain Winston were the only two officers who survived the attack.
