COCOA CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT
DESCRIPTION
The Cocoa City Police Department is a high advanced Police Department in the state of Florida. It’s also tied for first for the best department in the United States along side with their allies, the Metroville Police Department in New York. It’s full with many units inside. Although it may look like an original office building from the outside, it has high technology inside.
RELATIONSHIP WITH THE METROVILLE P.D.
In 2030, the Metroville Police department received a threat from a few unknown terrorists saying that they are going to blow up all Police Departments in the east. The Cocoa City Police received the same threat three months later. So both departments from two different states decided to work together to capture the terrorists. In 2033, the terrorists were captured and executed. Commissioner Joe Rice from the Metroville Police and Commissioner Pete Roland from the Cocoa City Police signed an allied treatment to work against oncoming terrorist attacks.
COCOA CITY ATTACKS
During the first of the two Cocoa City terrorist attacks, the Cocoa City Police Department were the first to respond to the scene. All the officers evacuated people who were on the lower floors of the World National Bank. During the collapse, 638 police officers were killed and 123 police robots were destroyed.
When Clifford Redshaw disabled the C.C.P.D’s security system, Joan sneaked in and planted explosives at lower lobby. Then she detonated them causing the second attack. The M.E.U raided the C.C.P.D causing a war with every officer and robot inside. They wiped out the entire unit. Captain Winston tried to communicate with the Metroville Police for help but connections were offline.

During the showdown, Rachel, Silvia, Lisa, Captain and two members of the S.W.A.T team were the only ones remaining. One of the soldiers kills Lisa and the two remaining members of the S.W.A.T team. In the end, Rachel and Captain Winston were the only two officers who survived the attack. A few weeks after the M.E.U is defeated, Captain Winston is promoted to Chief and Rachel to Sergeant. They recruit new officers and rebuild the department.

DIVISIONS
The Cocoa City Police Department had four divisions in Cocoa City. The North Division, which was the head, the South Division, the East Division, where Rachel and Lisa worked and the West Division. All the divisions deal with their own territory, but since the Cocoa City Attacks, they decided to work together to protect the city. After the attacks, many officers were eliminated; leaving Rachel and Captain Winston the only two survivors. As the years passed, the Police Commissioner had a meeting with Cocoa City's City Hall to have all four departments merged together, thus creating the Metropolitan Division, which deals with the entire city.

ENTRY AND FIRST DAY ON JOB:

After completing the requirements for graduation from the Police Academy, a Police Cadet is automatically accepted into the department and officially becomes a Rookie Police Officer. They have the option to be with a partner with more experience or pick their own partner, but doing so, they must be supervised by a Sergeant. In Rachel’s case, she chose to partner up with Lisa because of their friendship, trust, reliability and because they graduated together.
